1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the OMS (Order Management System) service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service description

OMS provides an online order management platform that helps businesses manage products, orders, customers and related business operations. The service includes:

• Product and inventory management
• Order and customer management
• Business reports and analytics
• Integrations with other sales platforms
• Other features described on the website

3. Account registration

To use the service, you need to create an account. You commit to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts if a violation of these terms is detected.

4. User rights and obligations

You have the right to:

• Use the service according to your subscribed plan
• Access and manage your own data
• Request technical support
• Export data in the supported formats

You commit not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Infringe on the rights of other users
• Upload content that violates laws, copyright or intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the normal operation of the system
• Attack, hack or sabotage the system
• Copy, modify or distribute the service without permission

5. Payment and refunds

Payment: Paid plans are billed per your selected cycle (monthly/yearly). You must pay on time to continue using the service.

Refunds: We offer a refund within the first 7 days of subscribing to a paid plan if you are not satisfied with the service. After this period, fees already paid are not refunded.

Cancellation: You can cancel the service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to the OMS service, including but not limited to source code, design, logo, trademarks and content, belong to OMS or our licensors.

Data you create and store in the system (products, orders, customers) belongs to you. We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing the service, unless you consent.

7. Security and privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information and data under our Privacy Policy. We apply technical and organizational security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

However, you understand that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot absolutely guarantee the security of information.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We are not liable for:

• Data loss caused by the user or third parties
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the service
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance or technical incidents
• Third-party actions or user-generated content

In all cases, our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the most recent 12 months.

9. Data backup and recovery

We back up data periodically to keep it safe. However, you should also regularly export and back up your important data.

We will make every effort to help recover data in case of loss, but cannot guarantee 100% recovery in every situation.

10. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Important changes will be announced by email or system notification at least 30 days in advance.

Continuing to use the service after the changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

11. Service termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate the terms of service
• You do not pay on time
• Fraud or abuse of the service is detected
• Required by a competent authority

When an account is terminated, you have 30 days to export your data. After that, the data is permanently deleted.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute arising will be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be settled by the competent court in Vietnam.
